Job Title:Medical Sales/Membership Consultant

Location:OKC, OK, USA

Job Summary:As a Medical Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to expand our patient base by engaging potential patients, advocating for our healthcare services, and facilitating their enrollment in our medical centers. This role requires strong Medicare knowledge, a blend of traditional B2C and B2B sales expertise, and excellent community engagement skills.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Drive new patient enrollment through direct-to-consumer and business-to-business outreach.
  • Meet with individuals and groups in community settings to communicate our mission and value proposition.
  • Plan and execute local events to raise awareness and attract our target patient demographic.
  • Foster partnerships with health plan agents, brokers, and community organizations.
  • Collaborate with community relations teams to drive patient growth.
  • Coordinate seamless patient enrollment and assignment to our medical centers.
  • Utilize sales and marketing tools to identify prospects and document sales interactions.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and outcomes.
  • Host 12 events per month, including workshops and interactive community events.
  • Schedule/reschedule patient appointments and verify insurance information.
  • Ensure at least 6 new patient intakes/appointments per month, with uncapped earning potential based on successful intakes.
  • Conduct cold-calling, register information, reach out to patients from listings, and generate leads.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1 year of Sales or Community Relations experience required; 2+ years preferred.
  • Experience with health plans, FMOs, benefits brokers, or providers preferred.
  • Experience working with or selling to the senior community or medically underserved preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.

Additional Information:

  • Limited travel may be required.
  • Training consists of approximately 3 weeks.
  • This is an enrollment-based position, accepting only two forms of insurance. Each patient receives a full 40-minute session with the provider, from initial intake to labs, ensuring a strong provider-patient connection.

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.


Minimum of 1 year of sales or relevant experience required; 2+ years preferred. Experience in a sales or healthcare environment is advantageous. Familiarity with community engagement or outreach is desirable.

* Attend sales or trade meetings or read related publications to obtain information about market conditions, business trends, environmental regulations, or industry developments.

* Initiate sales campaigns to meet sales and production expectations.

* Identify prospective customers, using business directories, leads from existing clients, participation in organizations, or trade show or conference attendance.
