Job Title: Occupational Therapist (Contract)

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Hourly Rate: $45.50/hr
Contract Length: 1 Year
Work Hours: 7 AM - 3 PM

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of occupational therapy policies, procedures, and programs

  • Principles and practices of administration and management

  • Federal and State statutes, policies, and procedures related to occupational therapy

  • Ability to communicate in sign language or willingness to learn

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Skills Preferred:

  • Proficiency in American Sign Language (not required, but must be comfortable working with hearing impaired children)

Experience Required:

  • Two years of therapy experience

  • Pediatric therapy experience

  • Experience working with sensory impaired and handicapped children

Education and Certification Required:

  • Completion/Graduation from an Accredited Occupational Therapy Program

  • State of Arizona Occupational Therapist License

  • AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card

  • AHCCCS number for Medicaid billing (within four months of hire)

  • Must be able to pass FBI and State background check

Additional Information:
