Job summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Rancher Architect with 15-19 year of experience in Rancher, Kubernetes, ELK, Grafana, GIT and Bitbucket. Grafana, GIT, Bitbucket. Hands on Knowledge in Infrastructure as code (IaC), Preferable: Terraform. Nice to have: Splunk, Dynatrace , SRE, Subversion, GitLab, GitOps. Must have domain skill experience in Payer. Experience in CI/CD pipeline development and implementation along with Containerization (Docker), Configuration management (Ansible, Puppet, Chef) and Scripting languages Python, Bash, PS.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of geospatial analysis projects, ensuring accuracy and relevance to business needs.
- Utilize Rancher to manage Kubernetes clusters efficiently, optimizing geospatial data processing and application deployment.
- Implement Azure Kubernetes Services to scale geospatial applications dynamically, meeting the demands of large datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate geospatial solutions into broader business processes.
- Conduct advanced spatial data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure the security and compliance of geospatial applications and data, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay abreast of emerging geospatial technologies and methodologies, evaluating their potential application to our projects.
- Optimize geospatial workflows for efficiency and effectiveness, leveraging automation where possible.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their geospatial needs, translating them into actionable project requirements.

Qualifications
- Must have extensive experience with Rancher, Kubernetes, and Azure Kubernetes Services.
- Strong background in geospatial analysis and mapping, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with geospatial data standards and protocols.
- Commitment to staying current with industry trends and advancements in geospatial technology.
- Effective communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects efficiently, meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
