Entry Level Sales Representative

Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our team in Lexington, KY. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in sales and grow within a supportive and thriving company. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in generating new business, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities of a Entry-Level Sales Representative:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present and demonstrate products and services of clients.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.
Qualifications for an Entry Level Sales Representative:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
