The client is a rapidly growing Technology company in Central New Jersey who has major initiatives underway with long term strategic partners. They are looking for a motivated individual to join their collaborative Scrum team delivering high performance C/Linux software products.

If you have experience writing software that manipulates low level data as well as with Multithreaded Development and Parallel Computing, this is the perfect opportunity for you

Hybrid position (2 days onsite) with the potential for additional days onsite at the client's Central NJ office in the future.

As a Software Engineer, you will:

• Work as part of a collaborative Scrum team
• Design algorithms and data structures
• Develop high performance applications written in C on Linux
• Participate in the definition of new product features
• Engage in the full development lifecycle from design through supporting QA testing

Position requirements:

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Strong C development skills on Linux
• Experience with low level data manipulation
• Extensive algorithm design experience
• Expertise with data structure design
• Hands on Python and Bash scripting experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field; Masters degree is a plus
• US Citizenship or Green Card is required for this position
