Job DescriptionJob DescriptionResponsibilities:
  • Cook dishes to business standards;
  • Follow recipes and create a consistent product;
  • Follow health and safety guidelines;
  • Prepare ingredients for use during shift;
  • Follow directions from Owner & Chef;
  • Set up workstations.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Candidate must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs.
  • Steakhouse experience is a plus.
  • 2+ years on high volume grill is required.
  • Experience with large cuts and/or wagyu beef is a plus.
  • Experience on a grill and broiler is preferred as we have both and use both for every steak.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be a team player and have a positive attitude.
  • Kitchen does include vulnerability to hot kitchen elements and cleaning products.
  • Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, must be able to work weekends, and holidays.
  • Minimum one-year upscale restaurant experience required.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
