Job DescriptionJob DescriptionResponsibilities:- Cook dishes to business standards;
- Follow recipes and create a consistent product;
- Follow health and safety guidelines;
- Prepare ingredients for use during shift;
- Follow directions from Owner & Chef;
- Set up workstations.
- Candidate must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs.
- Steakhouse experience is a plus.
- 2+ years on high volume grill is required.
- Experience with large cuts and/or wagyu beef is a plus.
- Experience on a grill and broiler is preferred as we have both and use both for every steak.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be a team player and have a positive attitude.
- Kitchen does include vulnerability to hot kitchen elements and cleaning products.
- Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, must be able to work weekends, and holidays.
- Minimum one-year upscale restaurant experience required.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
