Dean’s Professional Services is now hiring qualified Financial Analyststo work for a Hospital Facility in Dallas, TX.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis of company data, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with various departments to develop and maintain financial budgets and forecasts, and track performance against these targets.
- Investigate and report on budget variances, providing explanations and recommendations to management.
- Create and maintain financial models to assess the financial impact of various scenarios, investments, and projects.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reports for management, shareholders, and other stakeholders, highlighting key financial metrics and insights.
- Analyze cost structures to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and economic developments to provide informed recommendations.
- Evaluate financial risks and provide recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and manage cash flows to ensure the company's liquidity and financial stability.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations, reporting standards, and company policies.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using tools like Excel and financial software.
- Excellent understanding of financial principles and concepts.
- Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skill
Job Details:
- Paying: $25/hr (based on experience)
- Shifts: Monday - Friday / 8 am -4:30 pm
- Temp to Hire
