Overview:

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Analyst will be responsible for multitasking and resolving requests,

working with multiple leaders in a complex claims environment including multiple projects. This individual will

exemplify professionalism and exude enthusiasm, with an unwavering commitment to confidentiality.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for preparing monthly reports for clients.

• Responsible for departmental communication, such as memos, emails, invoices and other

correspondence.

• Review and troubleshoot timesheets for management approval.

• Assist with developing and maintaining accounting/invoicing functions for department.

• Provide support and problem solve with department employees.

• Responsible for inbound and outbound calls.

• Assist with training new appraisers and/or other departmental employees as it relates to processes and

procedures.

• Responsible for reviewing and processing appraisal reports, estimates and invoices.

• Additional related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field of study strongly preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years experience working in Property Claims environment.

• Experience providing administrative/project support preferred.

• Prior experience with first party residential property insurance appraisal process.

• Accounting/data entry experience a must.

• Experience prioritizing multiple projects and changing deadlines.

• Expert time management skills while working in a growing high-demand atmosphere.

• Experience working in Xactanalysis estimating platform.

• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.

• Work independently and follow-up on unresolved assignments/requests.

• Proficient with MS Office suite including Visio, Excel, Outlook, etc
