Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOverview:The OneStream Administrator plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing the organization's OneStream platform, which serves as a centralized solution for financial reporting, budgeting, and consolidation. This role is essential for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes and supporting decision-making through insightful data analysis.Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and maintain OneStream applications, dimensions, and data forms
  • Design and implement workflows for data integration and consolidation
  • Develop and maintain OneStream reports and dashboards for financial analysis
  • Collaborate with finance and IT teams to support system enhancements and upgrades
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the OneStream platform
  • Automate financial processes and optimize system performance
  • Provide end-user training and support to maximize system utilization
  • Participate in testing and implementing OneStream enhancements and patches
  • Document processes, guidelines, and best practices for OneStream administration
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in OneStream platform administration
  • Proficiency in OneStream configuration and modeling
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and consolidation processes
  • Experience with data integration and ETL tools
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to OneStream
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting principles
  • Familiarity with process automation and system optimization
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Relevant OneStream certifications is a plus
