We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team. This person will actively seek out and engage prospective customers to sell our services. No cold calling, our lead system allows our agents to sort through interested buyers. Fully remote, commission and bonus based position, you must be a citizen of the United states and reside in the United States.

The Life Insurance Industry is one of the best kept secrets for generational wealth building and financial success. While many companies went out of business during the covid lockdowns, the insurance industry thrived. I've always loved sales but I observed over the years that many industries were cyclical. If the economy was good, they were thriving and if the economy was not so good, well... strap in for some years of famine. This feast or famine deal kept me from entering into several industries and I have seen time and time again as the Insurance Industry has weathered all of the storms. If you are ready to put in the work for a substantial return, this may be the place for you With the opportunity to sell and also to build your own team without the typical brick and mortar expenses, entrepreneurial spirits and go-getters do very well here

Requirement:
Life/Health License- For anyone unlicensed we have an online program to obtain license in 7-10 days

Skills:

  • 1-2 years experience selling a product or service
  • Excellent ability to manage and build relationships
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Advanced skills in communicating, selling and negotiating
  • Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's Degree is a plus
