What They Do: Our client is a cloud-based software platform and patient engagement technology that automates the collection of patient reported outcomes. It also offers procedure-specific education modules to help prepare patients for treatments and proactively monitors their recovery.

THE ROLE

As a Product Manager you will be building, measuring, and improving our client's platform, influencing healthcare and the patient experience. You will use your product management knowledge to motivate team members, implement and improve new platform features, and collaborate on future products in the healthcare technology space.

This is a remote role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Analyze product issues from a number of sources (users data, customer support, and product metrics) and implement possible solutions
  • Have a deep understanding of the platform through research and customer support
  • Lead, motivate, and collaborate with a cross-functional team representing many aspects of the company
  • Write specs and stories for new features
  • Constantly evaluate solutions through quantitative and qualitative measures
  • Measure patient engagement and implement solutions to improve it across our client’s platform
