Cafe Con Leche Con Amor in Hollister, CA is looking for one employee to join our 6 person strong team. We are located on 400 San Benito St 104. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and make them feel at home
  • Answer any questions the customers may have and provide suggestions as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for colleagues and patrons
  • Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner


Qualifications

  • Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled colleagues and clientele
  • Highly adaptable to various situations and customer needs
  • Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
  • Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation depends on your experience.
