Moultrie’s Vegan hot spot is here West Coast Vegan Grill is the regions first and only vegan restaurant. Our food is truly extraordinary From sandwiches and burgers to soups, salads, and specialty bowls, we have amazing plant-based dishes that are not only good for you, but will bring a smile to your face.

We are looking for a seasoned Vegan Cook that not only knows their way around a kitchen but also knows how to share their love and passion for Vegan food with our guests. You'll be cooking the best food in town, making sure it meets the highest quality and presentation standards, and watching the smiles grow on our customers as they take that first bite. Must be comfortable interacting with guests, running a register, and helping out wherever its needed. We're a small but ferocious team on mission together; everyone, including the cook, pitches in when necessary.

Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following established recipes
- Ensure that all meals are prepared in a timely manner
- Monitor food quality and presentation
- Collaborate with your co-workers to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with menu planning and development
- Provide unparalleled service to our guests

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Vegan Cook in a restaurant or similar setting
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to meet meal preparation deadlines
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with the kitchen team
- Knowledge of menu planning and dietary requirements is a plus
