Join our dynamic team of experienced RBTs at Oliver Behavioral Consultants in Thornton. As an RBT with 1-2 years of experience, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside our dedicated ABA professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our clients. Our onsite, clinic based position offers a collaborative and supportive environment where you can continue to grow and develop your skills. Also, OBC offers a multidisciplinary approach to intervention. You will get to work alongside speech pathologists, occupational therapists, the ABA team and the mental health team.

As a new RBT joining Oliver Behavioral Consultants in Thornton, you'll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure you excel in your role. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include implementing ABA treatment plans, collecting data on client progress, and collaborating with the BCBA to make any necessary adjustments to interventions. You'll have the opportunity to work directly with clients, providing behavior analysis services in various settings to help them reach their goals. You'll need to effectively communicate with clients, their families, and other team members to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding treatment plans and progress. Attention to detail is crucial for accurately collecting and recording data to track client outcomes.

Being a team player is key, as you'll collaborate closely with BCBA professionals and other team members to provide the best possible care for clients. Flexibility and adaptability are valuable traits as you navigate different client needs and behaviors.
