Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and customize ServiceNow Applications using OOTB modules including but not limited to Change, Problem, Incident, and Service Requests.

  • Design and develop custom applications as needed based on the requirements.

  • Serve as a technical expert in ServiceNow development and Integration areas.

  • Work within Agile project teams, continuously releasing application software.

  • Responsible for ensuring the timely and high-quality release of modules in ServiceNow.

Personal Skills:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Self-starter and fast learner.

  • Must be comfortable in an agile based team development environment.

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines. Ability to operate and work independently with minimal guidance and supervision
