Hostess/Busser

Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Busser. As a Host/Busser, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Assist with taking reservations and managing the waitlist
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Assist servers with refilling drinks and clearing tables
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Help with setting up and breaking down tables for each shift
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns

Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and sanitation standards
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
