THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIORAL ANALYST (BCBA)

THE SCHEDULE:

We are looking for a hybrid Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) who can work a full- or part-time schedule.

YOUR ROLE:

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), every day is an exhilarating journey filled with the potential to profoundly change the lives of children with autism. Your day kicks off with delving into client assessments, igniting your passion for crafting personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's unique needs. Leading our dedicated team, you provide exceptional ABA therapy services, building strong connections with families and transforming challenges into triumphs. You dive deep into behavioral data, uncovering insights that drive progress and breakthroughs. Your unwavering commitment to mentorship and supervision ensures that every moment is infused with innovation and excellence, setting the stage for unparalleled clinical outcomes.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Registered BCBA
  • LBA license in Oklahoma
  • Oklahoma-based BCBA
