Position Title: Busser

Reports to: Management

Summary: Provide exceptional, perfectly crafted Guest experiences every visit through diligent adherence to specs and standards. Be an instrumental team member by relentlessly committing to being clean, fast, and friendly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Thorough and timely clearing, cleaning, sanitizing, and resetting of tables to ensure they are ready for the next guest.
• Demonstrate genuine hospitality and friendliness as you help to deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests.
• Assist servers in properly serving food and beverages.
• Maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere throughout the day in the dining room, lobby, outside, and restroom areas.
• Following company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Communicating clearly and respectfully with Managers and all Team Members
• Putting the guest first at all times
• Approachable, professional, and courteous
• Be a team player with a “can-do” attitude to deliver 100% guest satisfaction.

Education & Experience:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.

Working Conditions:

• 100% Walk and stand.
• 75% Cleaning and sanitizing
• 75% Reach, bend, stoop, wipe, and lift up to 50 pounds.
