Position Summary
Responsible for coordinating projects and executing digital strategies to support the overall growth plan for the Tervis ecommerce business.
Essential Functions
- Manage growth and retention programs to reduce friction points, improve KPIs and drive sales.
- Advocate for best practices and new feature adoption to deliver best-in-class customer experiences across ecommerce channels.
- Drive the online category and merchandising strategy including presentation, navigation & cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
- Manage our customized design experience, strategy and growth.
- Work closely with internal marketing, merchandising, stores and creative teams on the global calendar to support sales goals and other KPI's including the creation of creative requests/briefs.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams on the strategy & execution for all key ecommerce traffic & revenue-driving programs including SEO/SEM, email/SMS marketing, affiliates, remarketing, social media, etc.
- Create and manage regular reporting and analysis including campaign & promotional performance, daily/monthly/annual sales and site statistics.
- Support the Ecommerce Director in preparing & managing sales forecasts, expense plans & P&L management.
- Work with multiple cross-functional teams to build and evaluate business cases to support investment decisions.
- Prioritize work based on return on investment, customer satisfaction, product performance, short/long term impact and overall strategic company goals.
- Manage third party relationships with eCommerce partners.

- 4-year degree from a college or university preferred.
- 5+ years of ecommerce experience including marketplaces, preferred in business management or marketing.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with high level of influence; Driving cross functional teams, building empowered teams of champions; Strategic planning balanced by world class execution.
- Understanding of internet as a commerce channel, trends, and user behaviors.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms, marketplaces, analytics, project management tools and catalog/customer databases.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of organization, time management, attention to detail and task prioritization.
- Ability to produce on-time quality deliverables on-time in a deadline driven environment.
- Ability to communicate professionally and confidently with all levels of the organization and has a team-oriented work ethic.
- Positive attitude with a creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
