Location: Camarillo, Oxnard, Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks

People Creating Success is currently hiring FADE Associates for our community-based programs in Ventura County. In this role, you will provide one-on-one support to adults with developmental disabilities, helping them achieve their personal goals and lead fulfilling lives.

What We Offer


  • Hourly Wage: $18.00 per hour
  • Hours: Up to 30-40 hours per week based on availability
  • Mileage Reimbursement: Federal rate for work-related travel

Qualifications

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Reliable Vehicle
  • Ability to Clear Live-Scan Background Check
  • Current COVID-19 Vaccination Card or Medical Exemption
  • CPR/First Aid/AED Certification (Preferred, training available)
  • Experience with different behaviors (preferred)

Your RoleAs a FADE Associate, you will:


  • Travel with Participants: Provide one-on-one support for activities such as community college, volunteer sites, and social events.
  • Mentor and Guide: Assist participants in achieving their community-based goals like attending events, building confidence, socializing, working out, and practicing independence.
  • Document Progress: Complete daily summaries of goals worked on and relevant updates through our online progress note tracking system.
  • Manage Time: Clock in and out remotely using a mobile app.
  • Participate in Team Meetings: Attend monthly team meetings and regular check-ins with supervisors.
