Celebrate the Children has an opening for a full time Vice Principal for the 2024-25 School Year.

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Executive Director

• Assist the Principal in day-to-day duties

• Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and implement effective educational programs and initiatives.

• Provide instructional leadership and support to teachers to ensure the delivery of individualized, student-centered instruction that aligns specifically with the DIR Model.

• Oversee the implementation of special education programs and services, ensuring compliance with NJ DOE, state, and federal regulations.

• Assist in Curriculum Supervision and Development.

• Assist in staff and student discipline as warranted.

• Assist in Staff Evaluations.

• Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and accountability among faculty, staff, students, and parents.

• Serve as a liaison between the school, families, and Board of Directors, as needed.

Qualifications:

• New Jersey Department of Education Principal Certification, required.

• Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, preferably in special education.

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred.

• Strong understanding of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
