You will be responsible for developing reports and dashboards that provide valuable insights to support business decision-making processes. Your expertise inPower BI, SQL, and data warehousing will drive their data initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources including databases, spreadsheets, and third-party platforms.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize statistical methods to analyze data, identifying patterns, trends, and opportunities for business improvement.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI to visualize data and generate actionable insights.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and operations to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
  • Data Quality: Ensure data quality and integrity through thorough data cleansing and validation processes.
  • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and business intelligence.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear presentations, detailed reports, and engaging visualizations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI, with a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts.
  • Experience with programming languages such as SQL, Python, and/or R.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience with data modeling and database design.
  • Experience with custom report and/or API configuration with CRM/ERP software preferred.
  • Experience working with large data sets and extracting insights to drive business decisions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with best practices and techniques in data visualization.
  • Knowledge of data quality and data governance principles.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
