About the Job

Our Competitive Team Coaching Staff is dedicated to providing a positive and challenging environment for athletes in our Team Program. They work hard to obtain results in a positive way while instilling life skills in our athletes. They are responsible for training and preparing our athletes for a successful competition season.


  • All positions are part-time with options to grow into full-time.
  • Compensation will depend upon experience.
  • Must be 16 years of age to apply.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and obtain course certifications required by SafeSport™.


Requirements

  • Must be caring, energetic, fun, dependable, goal-oriented, organized, work well with others, have a positive attitude and love kids.
  • Must have prior coaching experience with USAG competitive routines for levels 2-10.
  • Must be able to communicate openly, positively, and professionally with athletes, parents, and coworkers.
  • Must be willing to stay up to date on the newest training techniques as well as required certifications to coach.
  • Must be available in the afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Must be knowledgeable of being in a USAG and/or TAAF competition setting.
