Box Car Cleanout

Assist the team that will inspect and clean all Railroad box cars to prepare for loading. Check doors are in working condition, clear out debris left in the box car, and make repairs as necessary. This work is outside along the railroad track in a rail yard and requires the employee to get inside the box car and up/down on rail cars. This is a 6-day-a-week, 1st shift position. The hours may vary with start times between 8am to 4pm depending on the railroad crew spotting the box cars. The hours of work will vary from the amount of box cars spotted to work on daily/weekly. This is a flat salaried position with production bonus eligible after specified number of box cars cleaned per week.
Requirements:This position falls under FRA guidelines for zero tolerance of drug and alcohol use, candidate must have a clean background and pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol test.
