PROJECT COORDINATOR 
Overview:  Produces outstanding project deliverables for commercial projects  
Prerequisites  
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or work equivalent 
  • 1+ year experience working in AEC industry 
Qualifications  
  • Professional accreditation not required 
  • Strong in REVIT/ CAD and/or 3d visualization software such as SketchUp 
  • Strong communication/collaboration and time management skills 
  • Proficient in basic enterprise software (Microsoft Office Suite) 
  • Willingness to learn and desire for continued professional development 
  • Proficient at most aspects of design, but may excel in one or more specific areas 
Job Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Produces project deliverables using REVIT/CAD (36 hours/week) 
  • Contributes to building code & zoning reviews, design, and detailing 
  • Coordinates with project leaders to complete tasks within project budget and schedule 
  • Ensures the quality and accuracy of project deliverables 
  • May have some interaction with clients & consultants.
  • May manage small projects independently with significant input from Project Leaders
