JOB SUMMARY

As a ARNP your job duties will include, but are not limited to, providing accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, consultation, education, and follow-up care to patients ranging in age from 18 years old to geriatric; proper maintenance of records, under the direction of the Supervisory Physician and any other reasonable and proper duties assigned.  Monday-Friday and every 3rd weekend 12p-8p


We offer: Base salary from $100-115k annually plus bonus potential for both quality and productivity, Malpractice covered, Health Insurance, Retirement Plan, and a dedicated staff to cover all your licensing, hospital, billing, coding, regulatory and credentialing needs, case management and administrative support 7 days a week with a 24/7 answering service.


PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

  1. Examine patients and record history

  1. Adhere to proper charting protocols

  1. Discuss with Physician and other health care professionals to prepare comprehensive plan

  1. Order or execute tests or images as needed

  1. Submit health care plan and goals of individual patients for periodic review by Physician

  1. Analyze results of tests, diagnose and report to patient

  1. Administer or prescribe treatment and medications

  1. Promote health by advising patient on diet, hygiene and prevention of disease

  1. Inoculate and vaccinate as required

  1. Refer to specialist as required for patient's well-being

  1. Report deaths and contagious diseases to governmental authorities

  1. Other responsibilities as assigned


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  1. Must have and maintain current State of Florida license in good standing

  1. Florida DEA License (if applicable)

  1. Current National Board Certification

  1. BLS Certification

  1. Must have working in the hospital setting within the past 12 months
