Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  1. Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications from frontend to backend. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Architect and implement features across the entire stack, including user interface, server-side logic, and database interactions.

  2. Frontend Development: Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize performance for web applications.

  3. Backend Development: Build scalable and efficient backend services and APIs using programming languages such as Python, Node.js, or Ruby. Implement RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database interactions using SQL or NoSQL databases like MongoDB or PostgreSQL.

  4. Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas and queries to ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability. Implement data models, migrations, and CRUD operations using ORMs or raw SQL.

  5. Code Reviews and Testing: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, readability, and adherence to coding standards. Write unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to validate functionality and identify bugs and issues.

  6. Performance Optimization: Identify and implement optimizations to improve the performance and scalability of web applications. Monitor application performance, diagnose bottlenecks, and implement caching strategies, lazy loading, and other techniques to enhance user experience.

  7. Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices and measures to protect web applications against security threats and vulnerabilities. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.

  8. Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to prioritize and plan development tasks. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Lead by example and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

  2. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in full stack development, with a proven track record of building and maintaining web applications.

  3. Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in frontend and backend technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, Python, Node.js, Ruby, Express.js, Django, Flask, etc.
    • Experience with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
    • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
    • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).

  4. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find effective solutions.

  5. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  6. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work culture.
