At Stepping Stones Therapy, we assess and treat children of all ages. We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team and provide comprehensive care to our pediatric patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing direct care services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and be able to effectively communicate with both parents and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
  • Assess and evaluate patient's physical, mental, and emotional needs.
  • Provide treatment to improve patient's ability to perform daily activities.
  • Educate patients and their families about the condition and how to manage it.
  • Develop a plan of care for each patient based on their individual needs.
  • Provide patient and family counseling.
  • Monitor progress of patients and adjust treatment plans as needed.
