Position: Experienced Cook

As an Experienced Cook at SupperClub SouthEnd, you will play a vital role in crafting unforgettable dining experiences. Your culinary skills will shine as you prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes for our esteemed guests. Your passion for delivering high-quality food and your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will contribute to our exceptional team atmosphere.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of food preparation areas, equipment, and serving spaces to uphold safe and hygienic food-handling practices.
  • Maintain the freshness and quality of ingredients by tracking inventory, rotating stock, and conducting regular quality checks.
  • Regulate oven, broiler, grill, and roaster temperatures to ensure precise cooking and storage of food items.
  • Follow recipes or use your culinary expertise to season and cook food to perfection.
  • Monitor cooking progress and ensure even cooking by turning or stirring foods as needed.
  • Address guest feedback promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience as a restaurant cook is preferred.
  • Possess or be willing to attain ServeSafe or Food Handlers certification.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and address guest needs.
  • Capable of lifting items weighing 30 pounds or more.
  • Ability to stand and work for extended periods (8+ hours).
