Position Overview:

As a Radar Analyst/Engineer specializing in Threat System Intelligence, you will play a crucial role in defense and intelligence operations. This position requires an individual with a high level of technical expertise in radar systems, a deep understanding of foreign systems and technologies, and the ability to analyze and interpret complex data to provide actionable intelligence. Due to the sensitive nature of the work, this position requires an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance with a polygraph. This position offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to play a key role in national security and defense, working at the forefront of radar technology and threat intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

Threat System Analysis: Analyze radar signal data to identify and assess potential threats. Understand and interpret adversary radar systems' capabilities, limitations, and operational patterns.

Data Interpretation and Reporting: Process and interpret complex radar data sets. Provide detailed reports and briefings on threat assessments to inform strategic and tactical decision-making.

Technical Expertise: Maintain and enhance knowledge of advanced radar systems, electronic warfare, and countermeasures. Stay informed of the latest developments in radar technology and threat system tactics.

Collaborative Intelligence: Work closely with intelligence analysts, military personnel, and other engineers to integrate radar analysis into broader intelligence efforts. Participate in cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive threat assessments.

Simulation and Modeling: Develop and utilize sophisticated models and simulations to predict adversary radar system behavior and propose countermeasures.

Security and Compliance: Adhere to strict security protocols and handle classified information with the utmost discretion. Ensure compliance with all relevant government and departmental regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in radar systems analysis, electronic warfare, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for preparing reports and presenting briefings.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with programming and data analysis tools (e.g., MATLAB, Python).
  • US Citizenship is required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in threat analysis, signal processing, or intelligence gathering.
  • Background in defense, aerospace, or a related industry.
  • Knowledge of foreign radar and electronic warfare systems.

Clearance Requirement:

  • Active TS security clearance with the ability to obtain a polygraph.
