How you can make an impact: The facilities Technician will perform routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures for all CAMcare Health Corporation locations. As a CAMcare team member you will be part of an organization that thrives on safety, collaboration, novel thinking, and transformation.

What you will do:

  • Changes light bulbs as needed at all practice sites.
  • Preps walls for painting and completes paint jobs as needed at all practice sites.
  • Completes day-to-day preventative maintenance for all practice sites.
  • Moves office furniture when requested at all sites.
  • Hangs artwork, certifications as needed at all sites.
  • Assists with relocation of files, boxes etc. at all sites.
  • Keeps basements at both sites clean and free of clutter and in compliance with local fire codes.
  • Is back-up transporter for lab results, medical records, inter-office mail and financial documents.
  • Picks up and delivers necessary supplies as needed.
  • Responsible for repairs and maintenance of plumbing, general electric work as well as other technical needs for all facilities.
  • Is responsible for the general maintenance of the CAMCARE HEALTH CORPORATION to include checking of all light bulbs, general cleaning of all surfaces including the floor and check refrigerators to insure nothing is left inside at the end of the shift.
  • Adhere to dress code, appearance is neat and clean.
  • Always maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Report to work on time and as scheduled.
  • Wear identification while on duty.
  • Always represent the organization in a positive and professional manner.
  • Comply with all organizational policies and standards regarding ethical business practices.
  • Communicate the mission, ethics, and goals of the organization.
  • Attend regular staff meetings and in-services.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you will Bring:

  • A passion for helping patients.
  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Prior experience as Facilities Technician.
