Staff Accountant


A multi-entity company based in downtown Santa Fe is looking for a full-time Staff Accountant.


Duties would include:

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual Financial Statements for multi-related party company as assigned.
  • Prepare supporting schedules in accordance with GAAP.
  • Bank, account, intercompany, balance sheet, loan, and long-term debt reconciliations.
  • Maintain Fixed Assets Registers and calculate depreciation.
  • Assist with Treasury.
  • Additional tasks as assigned.

Skills required:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in fast paced environment.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team Player.
  • Current accounting software - MS Dynamics and MRI.
  • Solid General Ledger and Financial Statement preparation skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly, develop efficiency and meet deadlines.

Experience and Education

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred.
  • Accounting/Bookkeeping - 2 years preferred.
  • Must provide current/active identification to work in the United States.
