Pay
- $23.00 - $29.00/ hour depending on experience
- Monthly Performance Based Profit Sharing Bonus
- $2,000 sign-on bonus paid incrementally over your first year
- $667 after 90 days of successful employment
- $667 after 6 months of successful employment
- $667 after 1 yearof successful employment

Responsibilities
- Install all types of insulation
- Ability to operate equipment
- Keep a timely schedule and finish all projects efficiently
- Maintain all equipment and tools in good working condition
- Provide all customers with excellent customer service
- Work safely and respectfully with the other team members
- Pride yourself on high-quality installations and do the job right the first time
- Coordinate and oversee the installation of cellulose and spray foam insulation in various buildings and homes, ensuring adherence to required specifications.
- Demonstrate flexibility and proficiency in installing all insulation products offered by The Green Cocoon, including blown-in, batting, and spray foam.
- Lead a team of installers to meet production goals and deadlines, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure that safety protocols and company policies are followed diligently to maintain a safe working environment for all crew members.
- Verify the consistency of production guidelines on each job site, addressing any deviations or issues promptly to maintain quality standards.

Job requirements
- No facial hair on cheeks and neck due to respirator use
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work in attics, basements, and crawl spaces
- Able to work on ladders and scaffolding
- Must be able to work overtime and occasionally out of town when the job requires
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Able to work in cold and extreme heat
- Able to operate forklift
- Leadership skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Construction or painting experience preferred, but not limited to fiberglass batting, spray foam, blown-in, or airless paint sprayer
- Ability to use good judgment and problem-solving skills while striving to work safely at all times
- Must be able to work in the US
- Must speak English. Bi-lingual is a plus
