Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and standards.
  • Analyze quality metrics and performance data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct inspections and audits of processes, products, or services to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare detailed reports on quality performance, issues, and improvement initiatives.
  • Support the documentation and maintenance of quality procedures and guidelines.
  • Monitor and review quality improvement initiatives and track their effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related area.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) is a plus.
