Job Type: Long-term Contract Position

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated SDET who is passionate about quality and has a good grasp of AI technologies, particularly LLMs. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software testing and a keen interest in how AI and LLMs can be leveraged to improve testing processes. This role will involve designing and implementing automated tests, developing test plans, and ensuring the robustness and reliability of our software products.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve issues.
  • Ensure the quality of AI-driven features and functionality within the software.
  • Stay current with AI and LLM advancements to integrate relevant improvements into testing processes.
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
  • Document and report bugs and errors to development teams.
  • Provide support in troubleshooting and reproducing issues reported by users.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET).
  • Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
  • Basic understanding of AI concepts and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java).
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with AI/ML testing tools and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
  • Knowledge of NLP and its applications in software testing.
