Position: Locum Advanced Practice Provider – Cardiology

Location: Seattle, WA

Start Date: January 2025 or as soon as credentialed

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts (with flexibility to work 4-day weeks)

Call: No call required

About the Role:

Join our dedicated cardiology team, where you’ll provide comprehensive care for adult patients in both clinic and hospital settings. This role involves a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, including working with our structural heart team and managing advanced heart failure cases.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care to a varied patient load of 6-10 per day
  • Collaborate with 3 heart failure cardiologists and 5 Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs)
  • Split time evenly between clinic and hospital settings
  • Utilize EPIC EMR for patient management

Qualifications:

  • Experience in cardiology is required; structural heart and advanced heart failure experience is preferred
  • Strong ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work either a 5-day or 4-day week
  • Comfortable managing a diverse caseload of adult patients

Credentialing:

Expect a 90-day credentialing timeline to get you started.
