Position Overview: As a Senior AI Algorithm Engineer, you'll lead the development of advanced algorithms that power our AI solutions. You'll work on challenging projects, applying your expertise in AI techniques to solve real-world problems. If you're a seasoned engineer with a passion for AI technology and a track record of developing innovative algorithms, we want you on our team.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Algorithm Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced AI algorithms to address complex challenges across various domains, such as computer vision, natural language processing, and recommendation systems.
  2. Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and technology, exploring innovative approaches and techniques to enhance algorithm performance and capabilities.
  3. Algorithm Optimization: Optimize algorithms for performance, scalability, and efficiency, leveraging techniques such as parallelization, distributed computing, and GPU acceleration.
  4. Evaluation and Validation: Lead the evaluation and validation of algorithm performance using appropriate metrics and benchmarks, ensuring robustness, reliability, and generalization across different datasets and scenarios.
  5. Integration: Integrate developed algorithms into AI systems and applications, ensuring seamless interoperability and compatibility with existing software and infrastructure.
  6. Documentation: Document algorithm design, implementation, and usage guidelines, providing clear and comprehensive documentation to facilitate understanding and adoption by other team members.
  7. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and domain experts, to understand requirements and develop algorithms that meet customer needs.
  8. Testing and Debugging: Test algorithms rigorously to identify and resolve bugs and issues, ensuring reliability and correctness in real-world deployment scenarios.
  9. Performance Monitoring: Monitor algorithm performance in production environments, implementing monitoring and alerting systems to detect and mitigate issues proactively.
  10. Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance, support, and technical leadership in AI algorithm development and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. Advanced degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in algorithm development, with a focus on AI and machine learning algorithms.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java, and experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts and algorithms, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, evolutionary algorithms, and optimization techniques.
  • Experience with algorithm optimization for performance and efficiency, including parallelization, distributed computing, and GPU acceleration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking, with the ability to develop creative and innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
