This position is for Wraparound Delaware

Successful candidates will have the ability to effectively engage with families to create individualized plans designed to meet family needs and satisfy court ordered conditions and interventions. Ability to work as part of a team including professionals and non professionals.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must possess a BS degree in social work, psychology or related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Possess relevant experience working with youth and families in the community.
  • Familiar with community based services in Delaware.
  • Ability to engage and work with families from diverse backgrounds.
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines
  • Possess individual vehicle and valid driver’s license.
  • Daily travel within the State of Delaware required.


Skills and abilities:

  • Ongoing awareness of community resources.
  • Ability to create effective relationships with individuals of different cultural beliefs and lifestyles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good computer skills a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented, with good time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable presenting progress and testifying in court.


*Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
