RBT - Registered Behavior Technician

As an RBT at Myland Homecare, you’ll have the opportunity to work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCBA-D) or Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans and support individuals with challenging behaviors. You’ll play a crucial role in helping individuals learn new skills, reduce problem behaviors, and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Completion of a 40-hour RBT training course
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Commitment to providing compassionate care
