Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team at Cobb Realty, Inc. as an Office Manager/Marketing-Content Creator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office while also creating engaging marketing content to promote our real estate services. This is a dynamic position that requires a combination of strong organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Create compelling marketing content, including social media posts, email campaigns, blog articles, and print materials.
  • Manage the company's online presence and social media accounts to enhance brand awareness and engage with clients.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to execute marketing campaigns and events.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the company's services and listings.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office management and marketing is preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in creating engaging content for various platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
