CTTX Health is currently hiring for a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for preparing and administering radioactive drugs to patients for imaging and therapeutic purposes. You will operate imaging equipment and work closely with physicians to perform and interpret nuclear medicine procedures. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and administer radioactive drugs to patients as prescribed by physicians.
  • Operate nuclear medicine imaging equipment to perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
  • Position patients correctly and ensure their comfort during procedures.
  • Collaborate with physicians to determine appropriate imaging techniques and interpret results.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and outcomes.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in nuclear medicine technology.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Valid certification or license as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
  • Proficiency in preparing and administering radioactive drugs.
  • Knowledge of nuclear medicine imaging equipment and procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Commitment to providing excellent patient care.
