We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at the Hillside Boutique Hotel in Castroville, TX. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious meals for our guests while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook meals according to the menu and guest preferences

- Ensure all meals are prepared in a timely manner

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen

- Monitor food stock and place orders when necessary

- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Cook

- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

- High school diploma or equivalent
