Are you the Occupational Therapist / OTR/L we're looking for?

To excel in the role of Contract Occupational Therapist / OTR/L at Wee Care Corp, there are a few key skills and qualifications that will contribute to your success. First and foremost, you must hold current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist. This ensures that you meet the necessary requirements to practice in your respective state.

Additionally, graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program is essential, as it demonstrates your foundational knowledge and competencies in the field. Alongside the required qualifications, strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for effectively assessing patient needs and building rapport with individuals and their families. As an Occupational Therapist, problem-solving abilities are also essential, as you will be faced with various patient situations requiring innovative and tailored treatment plans.

Proficiency in using software and tools related to occupational therapy may also be necessary to efficiently document patient progress and track treatment outcomes.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • Current state licensure
  • Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Ability to work within a collaborative environment
