Position Overview: As a Director of Marketing at Synergis Technologies, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our marketing strategy to help us reach our ambitious growth targets. This remote leadership position calls for a strategic thinker, an innovative campaign creator, and a content generator who is committed to enhancing the Synergis Software brand and maximizing customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our growth objectives.
• Lead compelling campaigns that boost brand recognition and drive revenue.
• Generate influential content tailored to industry markets, aiding the buyer’s journey.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve optimal results.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on our solutions across various industries.
• Manage marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality lead generation.
• Direct content and email marketing strategies to establish Synergis as a thought leader.
• Create presentations for webinars, conferences, and product launches.
• Develop a social media strategy to enhance brand presence and generate leads.
• Organize the Adept Experience Conference to foster growth and customer loyalty.
• Partner with Sales to synchronize marketing efforts and streamline sales processes.
• Oversee customer referral and product review initiatives.
• Maintain and leverage a marketing database for segmentation and analytics.
• Identify and participate in industry events that resonate with our brand.
• Support the marketing endeavors of our reseller and OEM partners.
• Formulate PR strategies to elevate Synergis’s presence on regional and national platforms.
• Engage in the recruitment and training of new marketing team members.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on software solutions.
• 3+ years in a leadership role within marketing.
• 3+ years experience in enterprise software marketing or product management.
• Familiarity with industries such as energy, utilities, and manufacturing.
• Knowledge of document management and content management systems is advantageous.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and exceptional communication skills.
• Proficient analytical and presentation abilities.
• Effective collaboration skills across teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing is advantageous.
