Your journey as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Discovery ABA will involve a myriad of impactful responsibilities in a in-home and in-school setting. You'll be at the forefront of assessing, designing, and implementing behavior intervention programs that directly contribute to the well-being and progress of our clients. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, conducting functional behavior assessments, developing personalized intervention plans, and providing ongoing support to clients and their families. Your role will also involve mentoring and supervising support staff, building strong relationships with guardians, and ensuring the highest quality clinical outcomes.
