As an Insurance Sales Advisor, you will:

• Provide timely, accurate, and friendly customer sales service. This includes responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Generate leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

What Were Looking For

• Sales experience (preferably in outside sales, inside sales, or telemarketing)
• A proven track record of meeting sales targets is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Enthusiasm about the role of insurance and financial products in helping people manage everyday risks, recover from unexpected events, and realize their dreams
• Commitment to achieving mutually agreed upon marketing goals
• Willingness to obtain State of CO Property and Casualty, Life and Health license insurance
