WHAT DO YOU DO AS A FOOD SERVICE STAFF MEMBER - DISHWASHER?

This dishwashing position is currently scheduled for weekends only

At the heart of our kitchen, the Food Service Staff Member - Dishwasher plays a vital role in ensuring that everything runs like clockwork. You are responsible for scraping, rinsing, and loading dishes and utensils into the dish machine, as well as washing and sanitizing all pans, utensils, and dishes. Your attention to detail is unmatched as you ensure that the dish machine is cleaned and sanitized and that dishes and utensils are stored away appropriately.

You are always ready to lend a hand in keeping the kitchen clean and orderly, whether that means sweeping, mopping, or performing any other additional cleaning duties requested. You take pride in maintaining a spotless kitchen, thoroughly cleaning food prep stations and equipment to ensure that they are ready for the next use. Your role is crucial to our success, and you find satisfaction in knowing that you are an integral part of our restaurant team
