Maintenance Tech

Part-Time (24 hours weekly)

Non-Exempt

Brighton Center, Inc. is a private, non-profit, community-based organization with the mission to create opportunities for individuals and families to reach self-sufficiency through family support services, education, employment, and leadership.

We currently have an opportunity for an individual who would like to make a career in a not-for-profit organization. We are looking for someone who would like to work in an organization that helps its customers become self-sufficient.

The function of the Maintenance Tech position is to coordinate projects and oversee the maintenance and upkeep of Brighton Properties, residential, and service facilities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Resolve work orders and preventative maintenance task
  • Grounds upkeep
  • Responds to emergency maintenance calls
  • Timely unit or office turnovers
  • Responds to custodial needs as assigned

Requirements

  • Understanding essential employee responsibilities
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electric
  • Ability to work well with customers, residents, and peers

Hourly non-exempt position pay range: $16.00 - $18.00 hourly Part-Time ( 24 Hours Weekly)
