OUR TEAM IS GROWING

Job Overview:
The Compliance Person will be responsible for overseeing ELDs, fuel consumption calculations, IFTA; permitting, titling and plating of DOT equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Enforce compliance policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance – IFTA reporting, permitting, titling, registrations.

- Prepare detailed reports on compliance status and findings for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address compliance issues and provide guidance on best practices.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and changes in compliance and state laws or rules
- Assist in the development of training programs to educate employees on compliance protocols.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in compliance management within the transportation or logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of DOT and other State and Federal relevant compliance standards.
- Excellent report writing skills with attention to detail.

-Extensive experience and knowledge of Excel/Sharepoint.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Strong communication skills to interact with drivers, customers, state and federal agency representatives and other employees across multiple locations.
