CrossFit is "constantly varied, functional movements, executed at high intensity". This means we are constantly changing workouts that incorporate weightlifting, gymnastics, and monostructural elements (Running, Rowing and Biking) to help our athletes strive to be the best they can be both inside the gym and out in their daily lives. Our coaching style is centered around creating a progressive, safe and fun workout regimen designed for all fitness levels and focused on results. Classes are held in a 3,500 sq ft room inside of the club, equipped with a rig, barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, rowers, and all of the equipment you would expect in a CrossFit Box

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


Coaching and leading athletes through a WOD (workout of the day).

Handling all issues pertaining to training under the Fit Factory training philosophy.

Coaches will be held accountable for logging athletes into class before/after class.

COMPENSATION:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Strong knowledge in all aspects of Personal Training
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • L1 or L2 CF Certification Required
  • Strong knowledge and experience with functional training
EXPERIENCE:


  • 6 months to 1 year of Personal Training experience is preferred
  • Current Personal Training Certification or related degree(s)
  • Minimum 1-2 recent work references
